Pastor Mthetheleli Michael Zulu is the visionary leader whose mission is to equip believers to live a victorious life through the teaching and the preaching of the word of God. Pastor M.M Zulu is the founder and senior pastor of Rivers of Life International Church (ROLIC) which has 3 branches, main branch Kwa-Mashu and sister branches in Illovo, Johannesburg and India .With over 10 years of experience in ministry, Pastor M.M Zulu is committed to preach the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ to nations of the earth. He is the visionary leader whose mission is to equip believers to live a victorious life through the teaching and the preaching of the word of God. He is married to Siphindile Zulu who is also the co-founder of Rivers of Life International Church who has played a pivotal role in the ministry and his life. They are blessed with five children, two boys and three girls.

Born and bred in Umlazi Township, matriculated in Swelihle High School where his leadership qualities were 1st seen in his involvement in the SCM. In his teenage years was when he starting preaching the good news of Christ. He has a diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Mangosuthu. He also has a Diploma in Christian Leadership from African Enterprise Institute. He has just completed studies towards his Bachelor Degree in Theology through Team Impact University from the USA. He is also a principal of Rivers Bible Academy which is a bible school affiliated with Team Impact Christian University.

He’s passion for seeing people’s lives being transformed has led him to start an outreach ministry called DAYS OF GREAT REVIVAL which is a ministry that focuses on evangelism and healing of the sick. His voice is well known in different radio station most popular being Ukhozi FM in a programme called Sakha Ikhaya which focuses on building strong & successful marriages. He is also on television on 1KZN TV Channel 261 he has a programme called Living in Victory, which is a series of teachings on Victorious living.

Rivers of Life International church’s mission is to represent and present Christ to all the nations, in being true to this mission he has ministered the word of God both locally and internationally in countries like USA, India, Uganda, Kenya and Ghana. He is a spiritual father and a mentor to many, both to individuals and ministers of the gospel. A much sought after conference speaker, Pastor M.M Zulu is known for his practical approach to the bible and has encouraged many to pursue a relationship with God. He has witnessed different kinds of healing and miracles under his ministry. He is also an author of two books: (LIVING A CHRISTIAN LIFE and THE BENEFIT OF THE BLOOD)

Pastor MM Zulu has been involved in various community & social projects in both the church and greater community. Just to name a few:

  • Sponsored a pampering to elderly women for the work they do in their respective homes and community.
  • Donates school uniform to Ethekwini Primary
  • He hosts an annual Dominion men conference, which is not limited to church members but to the greater community at large where men are equipped & empowered in different aspects of their lives
  • Has sponsored the Annual Purpose Driven Kids fashion show which is aimed to give kids a confidence boost to kids from an early age & exposure to something that might become a career later on in life
  • Sponsored the Teens Prestigious ball – night of honour to teenagers that have completed an educational programme on Culture & right living
  • He hosts couple seminars & workshops where he builds strong and successful marriages very much in line with his Ukhozi radio programme.
  • He is involved in Mandela Day programme where he blessed under privileged families with groceries and also gave a financial sponsorship to a local community radio station Vibe FM
  • He donates groceries to the KwaMashu Christian Care Society, an old age home that caters for 105 elderly people
  • Recently done a project in rebuilding and furnishing a house for an under privileged family at Illovu a township.
